Esperanza Place felt like home away from home when I was studying medicine. I immediately liked the ambience of the place especially for someone who needs a lot of time and focus on his studies. In addition, the staff of Esperanza Place are all friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The security of this place will make you feel safe anytime of the day without worrying for any safety issues. Its location has access to a lot of nearby important establishments and transportation to get you anywhere you need to go. Truly, my 4-year stay at Esperanza Place as a medical student was indeed worthwhile. All of these are enough for me to choose Esperanza Place again as my second home as I return to complete my fellowship training. I will never hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay to.

My 4-year stay in Esperanza was very special. The apartment was conducive for learning and felt like home. They have a lot of amenities including shuttle service and room cleaning which made my life as a medical student a lot easier. The place was able to shut out the urban noise pollution of Manila. The staff was very friendly and you get to be friends with them over time. The area is surrounded by convenience stores, coffee shops, and fast food chains. I love how tasteful the interior design was and especially the quality bathrooms. Occasionally, and not to mention, hot water! Esperanza played a pivotal role for me getting through the harsh life of medical school. My study and rest times spent at Esperanza were nothing but quality.  I am now a Clinical Research Regulatory Specialist at Ochsner Medical Center and we work closely with the NIH (National Institute of Health) regulating drug trials in Louisiana, United States. From time to time, I look back and realize how Esperanza turned me into a better student—and a much happier person albeit being away from home. Esperanza is inarguably the best place to live in Sampaloc as a student.
